All materials must be clean, pre-sorted, and accessible.

Additional cardboard or paper pickups can be booked for CHF 35 per pickup. Price is confirmed before collection.
Bulky items are not included in subscriptions and must be booked separately. Examples: sofas, furniture, mattresses, TVs, electronic devices. Payment is required before pickup.
Subscriptions are designed for regular, reasonable recycling volumes. If limits are repeatedly exceeded, DisposalCard may request an add-on pickup, apply an additional charge, or recommend a plan adjustment.
